I’m Dr Jasper de Boer, a strategic leader with more than 20 years of experience across research, clinical trials, and translational strategy in Australia and Europe.
I founded Apex Translational to help research teams move beyond ideation — to build the structure, partnerships, and funding models needed to achieve real impact.
My background includes leading national research programs, advising governments and health systems on translational frameworks, and securing more than $120 million in competitive and strategic investment.
